The Sharptail guards against rattlers, copperheads and other venomous snakes with flexible 360° protection. The full-grain leather and durable textile upper stands up to thick brush and sloppy trails. Feet stay dry on marshy ground thanks to a GORE-TEX liner. A side-zip gets you in and out quickly, which comes in handy when your boots are muddy or covered in poison oak.
- Full-Grain Leather & 900 Denier Nylon Upper - Using highly abrasion-resistant 900 Denier nylon with full-grain leather allows for an extremely durable upper.
- GORE-TEX (GTX) - 100% waterproof and breathable, GORE-TEX liners ensure that no water gets in, while allowing sweat and moisture to get out.
- Side Zip - Get in and out of your boots faster with this semi-locking side zipper. It locks itself closed when its zipped up, yet easily releases when you pull the zipper down.
- 360° Snake Guard - Danner uses a flexible snake protection fabric in between the liner and exterior of the boot to give you complete snake protection from the bottom of your foot to the top of the boot.
- Removable OrthoLite Footbed - Three layers of varying density are combined for maximum cushioning and support. The entire footbed is made of open-cell polyurethane for better heat dissipation and air circulation.
