If the package was damaged in shipment, please call 205-561-1408 or contact us via e-mail at woods@woods-n-water.com before returning.

If we made a mistake on your order, your return shipping will be reimbursed. 

The returns department requests that we allow 1-2 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.

All sunglasses and underwear are final sale and therefore non-returnable.
