This jacket is made in the United Kingdom by a family waxed-garment maker operating since 1968. The cloth takes on marks as it is worn, then settles into the shape of the man who keeps reaching for it.
Inside, FrogSkin Camo lines the jacket. A corduroy collar with a throat strap closes against wind, while the antique brass YKK two-way zipper gives the front a clean, dependable closure. The removable hood secures with five brass snaps and comes off when the weather clears.
Two bellows pockets with drainage grommets carry shells and field gear. Handwarmer pockets sit behind them. A left-chest accessory pouch keeps smaller necessities close, and two zippered gamekeeper pockets add protected storage without crowding the front of the jacket. Adjustable waist tabs let the fit draw in when needed.
